Model Hustle is a booking platform for working models. That means we hold information people would not want mishandled — photographs, contact details, physical measurements, rates, and stated working boundaries. This page explains exactly what we collect, what we show publicly, what we never show, and how to get it removed.

When you apply to the roster or edit your profile, we collect what you choose to enter:
Every uploaded image is re-encoded and stripped of embedded metadata, including GPS coordinates, before it is stored. Phone cameras routinely record where a photo was taken. We remove that. This is not optional and it applies to every upload.
Public on an approved profile: stage name, city and state, photographs, video, specialties, experience, physical attributes you entered, rates, boundaries, credits, and public social handles.
Never public: your email address, your phone number, your street address, your private portfolio link, and your verification records. Clients reach you through a booking request that comes to us first.
A profile is not public until it is approved. Removed profiles disappear immediately and their photographs stop being served.
Name, email, company, and the details of any booking request — including the usage terms, licensing period, territory, exclusivity, and AI-training permission you specify. Those terms are recorded because they are the agreement.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers and we cannot see them. We store only Stripe's reference identifiers and the status of a transaction. Stripe's own privacy policy governs what they hold.
Our web host, which stores the site and its database; Stripe, for payments and payouts; and email delivery for transactional messages such as booking notifications. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
You can see, correct, or delete your own information at any time through your private portfolio link. You can also email us to request a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask for permanent deletion. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we honour these requests regardless of where you live.
This platform is for adults. You must be 18 or older to create a profile or book talent. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we remove any such profile on discovery.
The site is served over HTTPS. Private pages are reachable only through a secret link, uploads cannot execute code, and administrative access is password-protected. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if we ever learn of a breach affecting your data.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be communicated by email to affected members.
